Welcome to Tasted: Recipes that Kiss and Tell from MetroGen. As you know, I, Carina Alyce, am a real doctor who moonlights as a romance author. Since eating out is a total nightmare with six kids, I tend toward quick easy cooking which I’m going to share with you here.

So every single recipe you see, I have made at least once, and probably requires a pretty minimum number of ingredients and limited familiarity with any useful cooking techniques – don’t ask me what poaching means.

Even more, you’re going to experience recipes straight from the kitchens of the MetroGen Universe – including Firehouse 15, Caroline Haskell, Abby Finster, The North Star Cafe, Throcky’s, Kevin Jones and so much more! Nothing you eat should feel like a visit from the MetroGen hospital cafeteria.

Each recipe will have a little intro about it, where it appeared in the books, and fun tips and tricks if it helps. I should warn you about how much fun I had trying them, especially the alcoholic ones! Since Kevin Jones is supplying many of them, I’ll include if they a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free and so forth.
